Membership

A membership in CNNAR provides an opportunity for like minded umbrella organizations to discuss issues and exchange ideas. CNNAR continues to evolve and be recognized as a "go to" organization for governments and outside stakeholders. This recognition is a reflection of the engagement of member organizations who work together to ensure that the future direction of CNNAR remains relevant and valuable.


Becoming a Member

Full Member

This membership level is available to one organizational member per profession or occupation (as defined by having supporting self-regulating legislation). To be eligible for full voting membership in CNNAR, an organization must:


• Be a Canadian national organization

• Be non-governmental and not for profit

• Have as members a majority of eligible provincial/territorial organizations with legislation that speaks to self-regulation of a profession or occupation

• Support CNNAR's mandate, and

• Pay the applicable membership dues


One representative of each Full Member may vote at meetings and stand for election to the Executive Committee.


Affiliate Member

To be eligible for affiliate membership in CNNAR, an organization must:


• Not otherwise be eligible for full membership,

• Support CNNAR's mandate

• Be a not for profit or governmental organization

• Be a Canadian organization

• Pay the applicable membership dues


Where there is no national organization a provincial/territorial organization may be an affiliate member. Affiliate members are encouraged to actively participate, but cannot vote or hold positions on the Executive Committee.


Membership Dues


• $750.00 Per Year

• Annual membership dues are payable January 31st of each calendar year
